NOTICE AND CONSENT:

  • This Agreement covers all transactions and electronic Communications related to the account(s) you applied for in your application; any and all current account(s); and any and all future accounts you may apply for with us, whether you apply online, by telephone, or in a branch.
  •  To receive online delivery of periodic account statements, you will also need to accept the Online Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure.
  • Unless you withhold or withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications in accordance with the procedures described herein below, you understand and agree that all Communications provided to you may be, at our sole discretion, in electronic or paper form. Electronic Communications will be available to you at our Website and/or will be sent to your on-file email address where you will be able to view, print, and/or save them online for your records. Communications delivered electronically to you will not be distributed in paper format unless you request copy, and you understand and acknowledge that we may charge a reasonable per-page fee for the provision of any requested paper copy(s), as outlined in the Fees and Disclosures for each account.

Any withdrawal of consent to receive electronic Communications for specific products and services will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your request. We will not impose any fees on you to process your withdrawal of consent, however, you may be ineligible to receive certain financial products and services until your consent is restored. • Any cancellation of consent to use electronic Communications for a specific account or service does not withdraw consent to use electronic Communications for other, non-specified accounts or services; your consent to receive electronic Communications for each specific account or service remains in effect until you give notice of your cancelling consent for such specific account or service.
  • You accept and agree to be bound by all electronic Communications when presented online or in electronic format and that such Communications will apply to you and your account(s) and related financial services.
