About Online Banking

You can set and change your preferences from Laurel Road Online Banking. Look for “Third-Party Access” under your User Profile settings and turn the toggle to On. (This feature is not available through the mobile app.) This is your way of telling us it’s okay to share your data with third party services that can help you see all of your accounts in one place, track spending, or send or receive payments. We will never share your account data with third-party sites unless you’ve given us your permission to do so. But remember, third-party sites are created by companies or developers other than KeyBank and Laurel Road. So make sure you trust them before permitting them to request this data from us. Please note that you don’t need to turn this feature on to send and receive money from friends and family with Zelle®.

You can easily add a co-owner to your account in your Account Settings in Online Banking. Go to “Manage Account Relationships” to get started. At this time, Online Banking can only support co-owner requests. If you wish to add a beneficiary or appoint a power of attorney, please contact our Premium Care Team at 1-833-427-2265 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-539-8336). Account Relationship Types For more details on these roles, rights, and responsibilities, please refer to the Deposit Account Agreement provided to you when you opened your account.

Yes! You can download the Laurel Road app from the App Store or Google Play Store. The app is compatible with devices running Apple iOS 12+ and Android OS 7+.

Online Banking works best in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For best results, your browser should be up to date. If you have an older browser version, you may encounter issues like features and functions not working as expected, a less secure connection, and more errors. You can access Online Banking through your mobile device’s browser, too. But for the best experience, use the Laurel Road app.
