There’s a good chance your federal student loan servicer has changed since March 2020. Here’s what you should do.
If your student loan servicer has changed, you would have received notice with their information. Be sure to create an online account with your new student loan servicer and make sure your repayment plan, loans, and payments are set up correctly moving forward. You should also log in to studentaid.gov and make sure your contact details are up-to-date so you don’t miss any notifications.
