Juan Uribe is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He leads the North American Retail Banking practice, is a member of the global Retail Banking Leadership team and serves as the Northeast regional lead for the broader Financial Institutions practice.

During his time at BCG, Juan has made a lasting impression with clients by leading the build of a national direct bank, developing the strategy and design for the build of digital SMB bank, leading multiple E2E customer journey digital transformation programs across key customer needs, executing multiple enterprise-wide revenue and cost transformation programs, developing and implementing new branch operating models, and more.

Juan began his consulting career at First Manhattan Consulting group where he focused on retail and banking technology strategy. Additionally, Juan spent five years as a public market investor with emphasis on the financial services industry.

Juan received a BA in International Relations from Cornell, and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.
