Eric Sutton

Head of Design & Content

Eric is an accomplished design leader with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries – from beauty and media, to travel and financial services.

In 2022, Eric was appointed Laurel Road’s Head of Design & Content, giving him the unique opportunity to lead all creative efforts for the business, including design and content for our suite of digital products and services, and for our multichannel marketing and advertising efforts that support those products and services.

In his role, Eric leads a full-service, in-house creative studio, focused on strengthening our mission-driven brand, supporting growth and retention strategies with performance-optimized assets, and delivering best-in-class product interfaces and user experiences.

Prior to joining Laurel Road in 2017, Eric previously held a variety of design and creative leadership roles in brand, marketing, and product design at Estee Lauder, America Online, MySpace, American Express, and American Express Global Business Travel.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives in NYC with his husband, and they enjoy getting away to relax in the nearby Catskill mountains as often as possible.
